Recent Award from European Science Fiction Society

We love telling stories. We’ve told a million stories to people from all over the world who’ve come through our doors over the past 13 years. As a way to get more stories to more people, we started our “Talking Stories” podcast a number of years ago with the aim of getting more stories to our visitors after their visit, stories to people who haven’t visited yet, and even those who may never get the chance to travel to experience our Storytellers in person.

We were shocked and surprised to find out we had won an award for “Best Online Publication” for our podcast from theEuropean Science Fiction Society in its 40th year of awards.

While we were unable to make the ceremony in Luxemburg last year, thanks to some Irish attendees (Hi James!) our amazing award made its way all the way to Dublin.

The aim of our podcast, like with everything we do, is to celebrate and share Ireland’s rich heritage of storytelling. Thanks to everyone who’s listened, liked and shared over the years!
